What inspires you?

Inspiration is a light that we ignite, both within ourselves and in others. Each of us needs inspiration.  Within ourselves, it shows us the best we can be, and calls us to reach for that place, and speak our truth. It enables us to make a difference with our lives and those we lead.  When we face turbulent times and business challenges, that light guides us to find our way and encourages us to seize opportunities with confidence and model authentic leadership at home, at work and in our communities.

Inspiration doesn’t survive without support from others, and shared stories that lift us up.  We all need to surround ourselves with a community that shares our values and challenges us to keep reaching for our best selves. Women’sVision Foundation was created to help women find the personal inspiration to succeed in their careers and expand the definition of leadership.

I am personally inspired by a vision of fulfilled workers, prosperous companies and vibrant communities. For fifteen years, Women’sVision Foundation has been laying the foundation for that vision.  The next fifteen years are going to be even more inspirational as we claim the successes we have enjoyed so far and work to inspire an even larger vision of collaborative workplace cultures.  Join me as some exciting changes unfold.
